Whats the stuff pple use to make masks on their faces?

Well I wanted to look real scary this year and I have always heard of this stuff that people will use to make their face look like their skin or eye is coming out and falling off. I think part of it is silicone but i'm also pretty sure that theres more stuff to add with it to give it the real flesh effects.Whats the stuff pple use to make masks on their faces?
