using a medium size balloon or rounded bowl container surface, mix mache paste in container wit flour/ water base, cut up stripes of newsprint and paper, dab stripes into paste and apply to surface mold, once basic layer is made, you can let dry, remove container, and cut out eyes and mouth area, and continue to apply more layers to suit shape of mask, when complete with layers, let dry, and paint with white acrylic, then add colors of gold or other for design,. a stick or handle can be added later

..How do I make a paper mache mask???
ive seen those masks in art shops,they are just white templates and you can put the design detail over.....you might even find a kit somewhere ... actually not only art shops but costume shops too xx
